With over 7,000 square feet of pillarless space, a dance floor, and a modern décor, the Promenade Ballrooms are the perfect venue for your next banquet or event. Our Chef’s from Boulevard Restaurant & Lounge will prepare a delicious meal for you and your guests. The ballroom can be cordoned off into three separate areas, each with their own separate AV systems, including sound system, screens, LCD projectors, and a team to set up and take down your event. When you host your event with us, you can expect a truly spectacular experience.

- Our Promenade Ballroom divides into three separate section. These can also be combined into a total of 7,000 square feet with a seating capacity of 410 people.
- Each section contains multiple drop down screens and LCD projectors, sound system, and a variety of audio visual equipment. The projectors can be linked to run simultaneously or apart.
- Promenade Ballrooms can provide a portable hardwood dance floor or stage, as well as linens.
- Our team is available to set up and take down your event.
- The ballrooms feature a neutral décor, customizable lighting levels, and a modern atmosphere.
- Bar service is available, as well as an extensive menu to suit any occasion. All food and beverage is provided by Boulevard Restaurant & Lounge and made with locally sourced ingredients. Ethnic menu options are also available.

MEETING ROOMS 1 & 2

Host your next event with us in Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 at Holiday Inn Express Red Deer North. These spacious and modern meeting spaces are filled with natural light that helps to boast its neutral and modern decor. These meeting rooms can be divided to suite your event’s needs, and each room comes equipped with an AV system that includes screens, projects, and built in audio. Each room includes its own counter top with sink and closet. Both rooms can be opened to host up to 150 guests. We provide linens and everything required for your banquet, meeting, or event, and can even do setup or take down. We also provide exceptional catering services from Boulevard Restaurant & Lounge.

Pax capacity will vary as per the seating style. Food & Beverage is available on request from our in-house kitchen where our chef will cater to every dietary consideration and our service team will ensure flawless service.
Banquet Hall: A 150 pax banquet hall, which is ideal for weddings, receptions, annual staff meetings and any occasion that takes your fancy. Our chefs will curate the menu and personalise it as per your wishes and the food beverage team will ensure that the service is impeccable.
